Booking Service

This service is aimed at owners who already have the cleaning and maintenance side of things organised and are happy to correspond with guests themselves (although we can do this to a certain extent as well). Not all owners want to spend time updating rates on various websites or have the relevant contacts to maximise their rental potential.

We will list your property on a variety of holiday renting websites to maximise exposure and will maintain your rates and availability.

We can vary our service depending on your requirements and this can include:

Option 1 – 10% fee plus booking site commission at cost
Option 2 – 22% flat rate which includes all booking site commission
